SUNY GROUP Brings Precision Cable Recycling to IFAT Munich 2026

At most recycling plants, cables are where efficiency breaks down. Mixed materials. Oil contamination. Thick insulation. Low recovery rates. At IFAT Munich 2026, SUNY GROUP is reframing that challenge—not as waste, but as a high-value recovery opportunity. From May 4–7 at Messe München (Booth B4.211-C), the company will present a focused portfolio of copper cable recycling solutions designed to match how recyclers actually operate: varied input, fluctuating volumes, and increasing pressure on purity and output consistency.

SUNY GROUP Brings Precision Cable Recycling to IFAT Munich 2026

Two Paths, One Goal: Maximum Copper Recovery
Rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all system, SUNY GROUP builds its lineup around two fundamentally different recovery strategies.

For thick, high-value cables, the answer is control.
SUNY’s cable stripping machines handle diameters from 1 mm up to 200 mm, allowing operators to recover intact copper with minimal processing loss. No shredding, no over-processing—just clean separation where material value matters most.

For mixed and low-grade scrap, scale becomes critical.
That’s where SUNY’s copper wire recycling systems come in. These fully automated lines combine crushing, granulation, and air separation into a dry, continuous process—delivering high-purity copper granules alongside reusable plastic. With capacities from 50 kg/h to 1000 kg/h, they’re built for industrial throughput without adding water treatment or secondary pollution challenges.

Where Standard Machines Fail, Specialized Systems Step In
Cable recycling rarely remains standard for long—materials like oil-filled cables, ACSR conductors, and multi-layer composite wires often slow down conventional systems or even bring them to a halt. To address these challenges, SUNY GROUP has developed dedicated solutions specifically engineered for complex separation tasks, including systems for jelly-filled cables and aluminum-steel reinforced conductors, enabling cleaner material separation, reducing processing bottlenecks, and ultimately improving recovery rates across difficult waste streams.

SUNY GROUP points to 2025 global exhibitions and drives the new engine of change in the industry!

SUNY GROUP is poised to make a groundbreaking impact at three major global exhibitions in 2025, showcasing cutting-edge recycling technologies and driving innovation in the waste management and recycling industries.
ReMA 2025
First, from May 13-14, SUNY GROUP will return to ReMA 2025 at the San Diego Convention Center as a key player in the waste recycling industry. The company will feature its advanced cable recycling machines, cable stripping machines, and Ascr recycling equipment. These machines, designed for high efficiency, will demonstrate SUNY GROUP’s commitment to improving resource recovery, with cable recyclers acting as “resource explorers” and cable stripping machines as “metal stripping masters,” providing precise, high-quality operations. At ReMA, SUNY GROUP will also pursue partnerships with global leaders to further enhance intelligent recycling solutions.
Waste-Tech 2025
In September, SUNY GROUP will attend the Waste-Tech exhibition at the Krocus International Exhibition Center in Moscow. There, the company will showcase its solid waste treatment technologies and renewable energy conversion systems, turning waste into valuable resources and promoting environmental protection. A key feature of this exhibition will be SUNY GROUP’s leadership in organizing a high-level seminar, and collaborating with global environmental think tanks to advance green technology and solutions for a sustainable future.
CMRA Annual Convention 2025
Later in the year, from November 7-9, SUNY GROUP will take the spotlight at the 25th Annual Meeting of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association in Chengdu. Here, SUNY GROUP will present its self-developed recycled metal refining technology, which enhances resource utilization and sets new standards for green manufacturing. This event will see the company partner with industry giants to promote the green development of the recycled metals industry.

At each exhibition, SUNY GROUP will present the same core machines, but with regional adaptations based on local market requirements. These minor modifications and upgrades ensure that the company’s solutions remain aligned with diverse industry needs while maintaining the highest standards of performance and innovation. SUNY GROUP’s participation in these exhibitions is a testament to its commitment to industry leadership and sustainable development. Each event represents a step forward in reshaping the future of recycling and environmental protection. Please contact us for information on our machine policy.

Zhengzhou cable recycling equipment has new opportunities, and the 144-hour visa-free policy brings convenience to foreign business inspections.

BEIJING, July 15 (Xinhua) — China’s National Immigration Administration (NIA) announced on Monday that the country’s 144-hour visa-free transit policy has been expanded to three more entry ports, taking the number of ports covered by the policy to 37.The three new ports include Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport in central China’s Henan Province, Lijiang Sanyi International Airport in southwest China’s Yunnan Province, and the Mohan railway port in Yunnan, the administration said in a statement.

Starting from Monday, eligible foreign nationals can enter China through Zhengzhou aviation port visa-free, with their stay limited within Henan Province. At present, foreign nationals from 54 countries such as the United States, Canada, and Britain are eligible for the 144-hour visa-free policy for the purpose of short-term activities such as travel and business visits. The NIA statement said the expansion of the visa-free policy is expected to provide more choices for foreign nationals traveling and doing business in China.

This is a new opportunity and a good opportunity for Zhengzhou SUNY GROUP copper cable recycling machine to move towards the international vision again. In the past 20 years, Suny Group has been providing high-quality recycling equipment to individuals or companies in the world who want to engage in copper wire recycling. Every month, it receives more than 20 groups of international customers who visit and inspect, such as various models of cable stripping machines (1-200mm), fully automatic cable recycling machines (50-1500kg/h), ACSR (aluminum steel core stranded wire) recycling machines, etc.

If you want to come to our factory to visit and inspect cable recycling equipment, but it has been postponed due to visa issues. Then you don’t have to worry, contact us immediately, come to our equipment production factory, and start your cable recycling project.
