A customer from Taiwan, China recently installed our 300–500 kg/h cable recycling machine, equipped with a belt conveyor, single-shaft shredder, crusher, vibrating screen, pulse air separator, dust collector, and PLC control system. Waste cables are shredded, crushed, and separated into high-purity copper and plastic granules. With the combined action of airflow and linear vibration, materials move like a wave across the screen surface, allowing sheaths, copper cores, and mixed particles to be accurately discharged from different outlets. The entire process is controlled by an intelligent PLC system that offers one-touch operation, real-time monitoring, and automatic fault alerts.
