ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) cables are a common type of high-strength cable with a steel core and an aluminum conductor wrapped around the outer layer. The equipment adopts a sophisticated design and powerful power configuration to ensure stable operation while achieving efficient separation. The power system consists of an 18.5 kW main motor, a 3 kW auxiliary motor, and a 0.75 kW low power motor, for a total power of 22.25 kW, which is more than enough to support the complex separation process. The equipment’s inlet width of 200 millimeters allows for simultaneous processing of multiple strands of cable, increasing processing efficiency and making the equipment suitable for recycling projects of all sizes. The equipment can also process cables up to 100 millimeters in diameter, covering most used ACSR cable sizes.

Our ACSR cable recycling equipment is designed not only to focus on processing capacity and separation results but also to enhance the user experience. The compact structure of the equipment, with dimensions of 2000mm x 1800mm x 2450mm, occupies a reasonable amount of space, making it easy to lay out in the recycling premises. The equipment weighs 2,000 kilograms, ensuring the stability and safety of the operation process. The core components of the separation process consist of one fixed knife (made of H13) and six moving knives (made of H13), which enable precise cutting and separation, ensuring that the purity of the aluminum and steel is not compromised during the cutting process.

The equipment is extremely efficient, with a maximum processing speed of up to 50 meters per minute, which greatly increases the recovery speed and allows the entire line to complete a large number of separation tasks in a short period. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a special three-speed drive reducer to ensure that the smoothness and precision of cutting are maintained at high speeds. The length of the cut material can be set to 10 mm, 20 mm, or 50 mm as required to meet the requirements of materials for different applications. Thanks to the precise separation and cutting design, the machine’s sorting rate is up to 99%, ensuring the purity and quality of the separated aluminum and steel, and this high separation rate also makes subsequent recycling more convenient.
