Bare Bright Copper Wire & Insulated Copper Wire
Bare bright copper commands the highest market price and requires little processing. Twin & Earth Cable
Common in residential and commercial electrical installations, Twin & Earth is easy to process. While hand-stripping is time-consuming, this type of cable runs efficiently through our 30–2000 kg/h cable granulator lines, turning large volumes into clean copper and plastic granules with stable output.
Single Core Cable
Widely used in buildings, electronics, and automotive wiring, single-core cables are excellent feedstock for granulators. Rigid, solid-core types are easy for our stripping machines to process, while multi-strand versions (such as tri-rated wires) run smoothly through our granulator system, avoiding the difficulty of manual stripping.
Flexible Cable (Flex Cable)
Found in household appliances and machinery, flexible cables are difficult to strip manually because of their soft structure. Our copper wire granulator equipment handles these cables efficiently, separating copper and insulation with high purity and minimal labor.
Cat 5/6 Network Cable
Although Cat 5/6 contains less copper, it remains valuable when processed with our data cable granulator, which is optimized for thin copper cores and mixed materials. This ensures stable separation even with low-grade, low-copper cables.
Steel Wire Armored (SWA) Cable
Designed for underground or outdoor installation, SWA cables include copper, PVC, and steel armor. They are challenging to process manually, but our heavy-duty granulator line handles them effectively when pre-cut, removing the steel armor and recovering copper with high efficiency.
HO7 Cable
Widely used in construction and renewable energy applications, HO7 contains flexible, high-quality copper. When batch-processed, it performs excellently in our granulation system, providing clean separation after a full system cleaning.
Low-Grade Cables (Coaxial, HDMI, etc.)
