A Colombian customer has recently installed our large copper cable recycling system, achieving efficient recovery of copper and plastic from waste wires. The system processes up to 1000 kg of insulated wire per hour, handling solid or stranded wires from 40 AWG to 10 AWG, as well as cables up to 9/16”.
The line integrates shredding, granulating, and advanced separation technology to ensure a purity of up to 99.9% in recovered copper, while plastics are also cleanly separated for reuse. With its compact structure and easy operation, even a single operator can manage the system, making it ideal for small to medium recycling businesses.
Our Colombian client praised the machine’s high efficiency, space-saving design, and reliable performance, noting how quickly it turned scrap cables into valuable raw materials.
